New Arnis Class

We are offering a brand new class here at SASDA. The CINCO ESTILOS (5 STYLES) URBAN ARNIS class is taught by Guro Gerry Valido, who developed the system based upon his 15 years of training in the Filipino martial arts.  This stick based system trains students in the use of edged weaponry as well as the empty hand.  Offensive and defensive tactics encompassing impact/edged/empty hand application, as well as double weapon, joint manipulation, and movement translations will be taught.  The focus of our training is to develop a well round personal protection mechanism for the urban environment in which we live, work and play.

Starting April 27th, this Special Class will take place every other Thursday evening from 7 – 8pm.
