Sensei Kari began her training in American Kenpo after a long interest in boxing and self defense. Her interest quickly turned into a passion. Given Kari's extensive background in meditation, yoga, body movement, and energy healing, she immediately resonated with the connection of mind, body, and spirit that martial arts offers. As she progresses on her own journey, Kari loves having the opportunity to share this experience with others through her teachings.
