Grandmaster Michael Pick Seminar

On October 10th & 11th, our school hosted an American Kenpo Seminar with Grandmaster Michael Pick. It was a great weekend with many takeaways encompassing the mind, body and spirit. Mr. Pick has served with the Marines in Vietnam and has trained the Special Forces with a hand-to-hand combative system. He believes in fighting for your life and protecting the ones you love.

Even with techniques that are familiar to some, there is always something new we can take to our next level of training. If each of us can remember one or two things from the weekend, we can share the information throughout the dojo. Can’t wait for the next one!
