Mr. Pick at it Again

On Friday September 25th and Saturday September 26th, Grandmaster Michael Pick came to the Shaolin American Self Defense Academy for a weekend of seminars.  Mr. Pick taught our kids about height, width and depth within their Kenpo techniques.  He also taught valuable lessons of how to stop a bully and gave some great concepts to the young minds of our dojo.

Saturday afternoon was devoted to the adults.  With pinpoint accuracy and precise motion, the seminar was a success in the eyes of students from white belt to black.  Mr. Pick shared some stories and introduced the students to some new Kenpo terms that they might not have been aware of.  Students of all ages  took away some great information from the weekend.
